Using OnePercent
OnePercent helps guests and hosts find listings, make bookings, and manage stays.
Payment method depends on the listing and booking flow.
Guests
Guests must be at least 18 and provide accurate booking details.
Guests must review house rules, payment details, and cancellation terms before booking.
Hosts
Hosts must keep listings, pricing, availability, and payout details accurate.
Hosts must honor confirmed bookings and respond to guests during active stays.
Payments
A booking may use card checkout, wallet settlement, pay-at-property, invoice, or another supported method.
For Monthly Host Payment bookings, OnePercent confirms the long-term reservation and records the payment plan, but the guest pays rent directly to the host in monthly periods through the approved method shown for the booking.
OnePercent does not custody, escrow, release, refund, or reallocate rent that is paid directly to the host outside OnePercent checkout.
Hosts remain responsible for any platform fee billed to them for host-invoice or monthly host-payment bookings.
If you use a wallet, you are responsible for the wallet and the actions you approve.
Eligibility and local law
Country rules and payment methods vary by listing, booking flow, and user circumstances.
You are responsible for making sure your use of OnePercent, including any crypto-based platform fee option, is lawful for you based on your residence, location, nationality, sanctions or exchange-control rules, and any other laws or restrictions that apply to you.
If a payment method is unavailable for your booking or not lawful for you, do not use it.
Changes and disputes
Refunds, charges, and release timing depend on the booking terms and payment method.
For fee-only payment methods, the amount paid now to confirm the booking, including any minimum-charge top-up, is non-refundable if the guest cancels.
For direct host-payment methods, OnePercent may record evidence, messages, payment status, reviews, or support outcomes, but it cannot return money that was paid outside OnePercent custody.
If there is a problem, OnePercent may review the booking record, open a dispute case, request additional evidence through the booking record, and track the workflow used to settle or escalate the issue.
Escrow disputes are handled in stages: case intake, evidence collection in the booking record when needed, support closure for objective platform-policy outcomes, and juror review only if an unresolved escrow case is escalated.
Guest and host materials submitted through chat, uploads, and the evidence workflow may become part of the dispute record.
OnePercent manages the case workflow, deadlines, and record, but does not unilaterally release, refund, or reallocate disputed escrow.
If a case is closed in support or otherwise finalized, the booking record may show the recorded outcome note and the date it was entered.
Messages and notices
Messages, attachments, and system notices are part of the booking record.
We may contact you about bookings, security, verification, payouts, or disputes.
Updates
We may update these terms as the platform changes.
If you keep using OnePercent after an update, you accept the new terms.
